Job Title: Content and Campaign Strategist
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content & Campaign Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth through compelling, campaign-driven content.
You will be responsible not only for developing and overseeing our end-to-end content strategy but also for designing and collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns that directly support pipeline generation, product adoption, and brand awareness.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content marketing, campaign orchestration, and storytelling who thrives at the intersection of creativity and business impact.
Responsibilities
Deep dive and research
• Conduct thorough analyses of our business goals, target audience (including persona research and user journey mapping), existing content (content audits and gap analysis), and competitive landscape to inform campaign and content strategy development.
Strategic campaign & content planning
• Lead the development of campaign strategies in partnership with demand gen, product marketing, and brand, mapping content initiatives to specific business objectives and marketing goals.
• Build comprehensive campaign and content plans aligned with the buyer's journey, incorporating SEO/AEO strategy, editorial calendars, social media, and user experience considerations.
Content creation and management oversight
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, campaign-ready content across multiple formats (blogs, articles, website copy, social media, videos, infographics, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and adherence to content guidelines. Manage workflows including creation, review, and approval processes.
Distribution and promotion
• Develop and implement multi-channel campaign distribution plans to maximize reach and impact across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
Performance measurement and optimization
• Define key campaign and content performance metrics, track effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product to ensure content and campaigns are integrated, aligned, and amplifying go-to-market priorities.
• Act as a strategic partner in campaign brainstorming, planning, and execution.
Brand alignment
• Ensure all campaign and content initiatives reflect our brand’s values, voice, and messaging to attract, engage, and delight our audience.
Technology integration
• Recommend and leverage CMS, analytics platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation systems to streamline campaign and content execution.
Industry awareness
• Stay abreast of content and campaign marketing trends, best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies (including AI) to keep our approach innovative.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in developing and executing content strategies, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to research, plan, create, and measure the impact of content initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO/AEO best practices, user experience (UX), and multi-channel content distribution.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience with content management systems, including headless content management systems (e.g., WordPress,), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Proven track record of not only developing content strategies but also collaborating on end-to-end campaign planning and execution in a B2B environment.
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with video production and editing.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Experience working with integrated demand generation or brand campaigns.
• Understanding of content localization processes.
• Experience with AI-powered content creation and optimization tools.
