The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, managing tone of voice across multiple platforms, and ensuring engaging, impactful communication that resonates with audiences. This role requires a balance of creative writing, strategic thinking, and team management, with a strong focus on social media and influencer-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee copy for influencer marketing campaigns across platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.
• Craft compelling ad copies, video scripts, captions, blogs, case studies, and campaign narratives.
• Collaborate with influencer managers, content teams, and creators to bring campaigns to life with engaging storytelling.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all deliverables.
• Guide and mentor a team of writers to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Stay on top of social media trends, cultural moments, and digital innovations to drive fresh and relevant copy.
• Support B2B communication through case studies, presentations, and thought leadership content.
• Manage copy workflows, timelines, and quality control for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Copywriter/Copy Lead/Manager in influencer marketing, social media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.
• Excellent understanding of influencer and digital ecosystems, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert campaign objectives into compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive leader who can mentor, inspire, and manage a team of writers.
• Knowledge of new media trends, audience behavior, and digital-first communication styles.
