Content Writer and Social Media Manager (Freelancer not apply this job )
Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media posts, reels, and videos aligned with brand aesthetics.
Edit and optimize visuals for maximum reach, engagement, and audience appeal.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Create original, high-quality content including graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, and written posts tailored to each platform and optimized for maximum engagement.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and actively engage with our audience to build relationships and foster a sense of community.
Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and relevant events.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously optimize content strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and brand messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions for future content strategies.
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content optimization and audience engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and bring them to life through compelling content.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
