EquityList is an equity management software for companies across APAC, MENA, and the US. Unicorns such as Cars24, Slice, Shiprocket, Sugar Cosmetics, Blackbuck, Livspace, and Pristyn Care, along with 280+ companies use our software to digitize and manage cap tables, stock options, and related compliances. We currently manage equity for 15k+ stakeholders and stock options worth $1.1Bn+.

About the Role:
As a Content Writer at EquityList, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy. You will create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our target audience in equity management. You'll work to build a knowledge repository around equity and align with product and marketing teams to establish our brand as an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
• Research, plan, and create compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, case studies, podcasts, newsletters, social media campaigns, and more, with a focus on the global equity management space.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather insights and knowledge for content development.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with our marketing and business goals.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and style, while ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and regulations related to equity management to produce timely and relevant content.
• Measure and analyze the performance of content to make data-driven improvements and recommendations.
You have:
• Professional degree in english, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a content writer in the B2B or SaaS industry, with a portfolio of published work.
• Ability to build a strong understanding of equity management, financial services, or related fields.
• Clear, concise & smart writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems, canva, and social media platforms is a plus
• Comfort working in a remote setup. We like to meet in person whenever possible :)
