Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Creation:
Write, edit, and proofread content for various sections of the website (e.g., homepage, service pages, blog, FAQs, etc.) to ensure it is informative, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the content is visually appealing and functional across all devices.
Regularly update content to keep it fresh and aligned with business goals and changing trends.
Social Media Content:
Develop creative and engaging posts for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Create campaigns that drive engagement, promote brand awareness, and support specific goals (e.g., driving website traffic, generating leads, etc.).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions in line with the company’s voice and tone.
Statement of Purpose (SOP) Writing:
Assist in crafting impactful Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for candidates pursuing educational and career opportunities worldwide.
Ensure SOPs are tailored to individual profiles, showcasing their strengths, goals, and motivations.
Collaborate with the client or candidate to gather information and refine drafts to create compelling narratives.
SEO and Content Optimization:
Incorporate SEO best practices into all written content to enhance visibility and ranking on search engines.
Research trending topics, keywords, and best practices to ensure content is relevant and discoverable.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and style across all content and platforms in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
Ensure content aligns with the company’s global message and is culturally sensitive to different audiences.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns, business goals, and user needs.
Be open to feedback and able to iterate on content based on insights from team members or analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or related role, preferably with experience in global outreach or international opportunities.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital media trends.
Experience in writing website copy, social media content, and formal documents (e.g., SOPs, cover letters).
Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and purposes.
Strong research skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
