• Needs Assessment: Understand and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions and information about our offerings at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services to drive interest and engagement at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for business development through proactive outreach and follow-ups at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document and update client interactions, feedback, and progress in our CRM system at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets and performance goals to contribute to the overall success of the team at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Email Communication: Handle email correspondence with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and facilitate communication at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and address any issues or concerns at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and management to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement and sales performance at Care Hearing Clinics.
Requirements
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Education: Graduation in any field with a strong foundation in communication and sales techniques at Care Hearing Clinics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally at Care Hearing Clinics.
