As Review Manger contract/remote) you will be responsible for overseeing teams of 2 to 50+ project-based attorneys. You will be responsible for the quality of the review and associated work product. Review Manager will be accountable for planning, coordinating, and directing document review projects while being mindful of budgeting and timeline projections. Highly skilled candidates will be responsible for training teams of attorneys on substantive legal issues of each matter, while providing technical/review platform support as needed.
Reporting directly to VP of Managed Review of you will roll up your sleeve, have a ‘get it done’ attitude. Your success will be the success of the projects and our clients.
Objective #1 In your first 30 days: you will be overseeing a team of 2 -50+ project-based attorneys. You will be shadowing a Senior Review Manager where you will learn the best practices of Purpose Legal. You will be client facing and should be comfortable communicating not only with clients, but also with contract review attorneys, as well as across the company.
Objective #2 In your first 3 months: you will be managing multiple teams of project-based attorneys, while demonstrating accountability for planning, coordinating and directing the projects. You will be responsible for managing the budget and timeline of projects while keeping the client and management updated with reports.
Objective #3 In your first 12 months: you will continue to provide technical document review platform support to your project teams while continuing to train attorneys on legal issues of each matter and ensuring the projects are within budget and on time.

• Must have private, secure workspace. Work in a public space such as a library or coffee shop is strictly prohibited.
• A smartphone may be required for multi-factor authentication.
• Users will be required to utilize the secure remote desktop and authenticator—instructions to be provided with each project confirmation email.
