We are an Executive Coaching firm seeking an experienced lawyer to conduct a thorough review of our existing client contracts to ensure compliance and protection of our interests. We work with two main contracts; direct with an individual or contracts with companies.
Additionally, we require a new draft contract between our coaching business and our subcontractors.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of U.K. contract law as it pertains to coaching and consulting services. Our clients are worldwide. We need to establish clear and legally binding agreements that support our business operations.
