Responsibilities
Pull resumes from several different resources for potential new hires
Review resumes for all positions that have been approved for internal and external positions to ensure all LHH departments run efficiently
Update and create job descriptions
Track leave of absence requests, for payroll deduction
Scheduled interviews and pre-interviews for potential candidates
Email offer letters and obtain all new hire documentation within 7 Days of the offer letter
Completing fingerprint process and tracking within 7 days of potential candidates accepting the initial job offer
Review all new and update contracts
Schedule On-Board Meetings
Assist with onboarding training for all new hires
Retraining current workers before implementing a Correction Action Plan (CAP)
Create or update job descriptions for all current and or future positions
Update employee handbook
Participate in all executive and monthly meetings
Audit and maintain all new hires and existing contractors’ HR
Update EIN chart and contractors’ information and email report weekly to the executive team
Email updated phone directory weekly
Send out the following emails when applicable
Welcome Email to external staff members
No longer A-board email to internal staff when applicable
Conduct, and review CAP plans, write-ups, and termination reports
Scan, file, and email all termination files for record-keeping
Email notification to applicable staff regarding contract change or termination contract of Service by COB, the date of the event
Meet with the executive team weekly and provide updates
Provide leadership with all development by utilizing effective communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting staff during organizational growth
Review employee performance, measures and evaluates progress with job description
Helps leadership identify and address organizational development issues that challenge and support effectiveness
All other duties assigned

Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a contract Human Resources Specialist for a human services organization located in Stone Mountain, GA.

Job Responsibilities
• Pull resumes from several different resources for potential new hires.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred or at least 5 years of HR experience
