Contract Sr. Mineral Land Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Mineral Land Analyst is responsible for reviewing and aligning current land records to data standards, procedural documents, and consistency manuals to maintain data integrity. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure consistent application of Mineral Land processes across the database, ultimately improving the accuracy and integrity of land records.
Contract Sr. Mineral Land Analyst - Responsibilities:
Lead the land expiry process and manage expiry/continuations and notifications to Geologists, Negotiators, and Partners.
Understand and apply Saskatchewan Crown regulations and Freehold leases.
Develop processes and procedures.
Respond to external and internal inquiries promptly.
Solve complex problems involving various challenges.
Generate complex area land maps and extract data from multiple systems.
Collaborate with Negotiators on Crown posting and sale process.
Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers to land titles office.
Contract Sr. Mineral Land Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
Five to eight years of oil and gas land administration experience.
Graduate of a recognized land program or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Active member of LEMAC.
High attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and adjust priorities in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in core systems: CS Explorer, Execute, GeoScout, StackDX, SAP, ISC, IRIS.
