Overview of the Role
This is a full-time role for an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee contract management and project administration within scaffolding operations. Acting as a key link between management, site teams, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations. You’ll be joining a supportive team environment that values efficiency and accountability. The role offers exposure to varied projects, professional development, and opportunities to contribute to company growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and supervisors to resolve contractual issues.
Prepare progress claims, invoices, and manage accounts receivable/payable.

About the Ideal Candidate
Essential:
Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in scaffolding, construction, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of contract law, construction standards, and commercial processes.
Proficiency with project management or accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar).
Desirable:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, business, or law.
Experience in scaffolding or high-risk construction projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
