Job Description
As part of the Corporate Services Branch you will contribute to creating a high performing, customer focused and continually improving workplace, supporting the delivery of the Registrar-General’s strategic vision and purpose.
Your Key Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering facilities services and projects which align to changing business needs.
Contract administration and monitoring, including low value assets, contracts, property management, maintenance, security and access.
Gather internal stakeholder requirements and liaise with DJAG Procurement to obtain, organise and secure compliant contracts.
Monitor and report vendor performance against agreed KPI's to communicate issues and benefits.
Contribute to a high performing team; displaying and retaining motivation, collaborating with others, and sharing and encouraging innovative ideas.
