Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Control Tower Executive. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing the central operations, ensuring seamless coordination among teams, analyzing real-time data to identify issues, and proposing solutions. The role also involves overseeing workflows, maintaining databases, streamlining daily operations, and preparing performance reports to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include addressing client or team escalations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum 0-6 months of experience in ERP Operations
• Manage client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
• Should be Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Freshers with good knowledge in accounting and accounting software
• Handle ERP operations, data accuracy, and ticket resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue closure
• Monitor performance dashboards and share reports
• Support renewals, retention, and onboarding of new societies
• Strong communication, MS Office skills, and customer-centric approach
