Responsibilities Of The Controller
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
• Annual budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
• Month- and Year-end close
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., U.S. GAAP)
• Prepare reports for management, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
• Point-person for external auditors
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills And Experience For Controller
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $10+,500 - $12+,500 depending on experience
