You have extensive experience with full-cycle accounting in order to help small business owners organize their financial data efficiently and effectively.

The responsibilities include:
Overseeing full-cycle accounting for small and mid sized clients.
Manage the month end close processes, accruals and adjustments including financial reporting
Establish annual financial plan/budgets for clients, and producing monthly variance reports
Produce reports that help business owners better understand their financial performance
Lead year-end close process and liaise with external auditors at year end
Supervise bookkeeping support staff as well as mentoring and coaching.
