Role Description

They are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage a diverse range of conveyancing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Queensland, West Australian, New South Wales, Victorian and/or South Australian property law and a proven track record in delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential properties.
Prepare and review contracts for sale, including due diligence and compliance checks.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Review property searches and manage settlements.
Provide expert advice on property law and conveyancing matters.
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
Relevant qualifications in property law or conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
