Job Description
Requirements:
2-3 years of solid conveyancing experience
Proficiency with PEXA is a must and familiarity with software e.g. Smokeball/Actionstep
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Experience in Queensland and/or Western Australia is preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Autonomously handle end-to-end conveyancing matters with precision and efficiency.
Prepare settlement statements and manage settlements through PEXA.
Liaise with local councils, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Work closely with the Founder to shape the future of our conveyancing practice.
Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
