Job Overview
CJCH Solicitors are a thriving, award-winning legal practice with offices in Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, Blackwood, Caerphilly and Swansea.
We have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to grow and lead our Conveyancing team in at our Caerphilly office
Key Responsibilities:
· Building and running a caseload of residential conveyancing
· Winning work and develop relationships with local agents and brokers (ability to introduce refers would be a plus)
· Undertaking marketing and business development initiatives to promote our Caerphilly Office / firm.
· Mentoring and training junior members of the team as necessary
· Working alongside the Head of Residential Conveyancing (based in Blackwood) and Managing Director (based in Cardiff) to implement strategic growth and improved performance strategies across the firm.
Qualifications & Skills:
Applications open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers.
Minimum 4 years PQE +
Additional Information:
The candidate must be able to be based in our Caerphilly office, with a preferred minimum of 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.
The candidate must have strong residential conveyancing knowledge including but not limited to; freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters and remortgages.
The candidate must have the ability to work without supervision and have experience dealing with volume, whilst providing excellent client care, communication skills, and consistent billings.
The candidate must have previous management experience of a conveyancing team/department

Salary £55,000 per year + performance-based bonus structure
