We are seeking a motivated Corporate Account Manager (Sales) to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth across North America. Responsibilities:
Develop new business outside of our existing client base.
Successfully promote and sell products/services through cold call sales, client meetings and corporate events
Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of the Real Estate industry and the company's products and services.
Meet/exceed required sales targets.
Collaborate with management to create a strategic sales plan to meet quotas
Identify, contact, and qualify new leads as well as company-generated leads
Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM
Attend on-site client presentations, trade shows, and webinars
Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously develop selling skills
Must-Haves:
· 2+ years of sales experience (Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing)
· Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technologies
· Strong client prospecting and communication skills (cold calling)
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Customer service experience
· A positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
· Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
· Knowledge of Real Estate industry
· Knowledge of SaaS/CRM platforms
