About our Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join our Corporate Finance team based at Corinthian St Marys site. We are interested in someone who has the desire to actively identify and drive process and operational improvements, finding opportunities to streamline group finance processes, improve efficiency, and enhance controls to mitigate risks, our organisation is committed to continuously improve.
This is a key position within the business, you will be responsible for:
monthly and annual financial reporting into OneStream and Anaplan
month end processing
assist in preparation of weekly group cashflow forecasting accuracy
assist in closing off the consolidated monthly results in OneStream system.
manage Lease reporting in terms of AASB 16
assist in year-end close processes
review and verify fixed assets register for both tangible and intangible asset base
annual QBCC financial reporting & monitoring of financial ratios monthly
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with previous experience in finance and accounting, Big Four experience will be highly regarded. You will also need to have experience utilising financial systems and ERP's SAP, OneStream and Anaplan as well as intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of IFRS 15 and 16 is a must. Equally important will be your relationship building and business partnering skills, and your focus on continuous improvement.
