Full Job Description
Recruitment Executive is responsible for monitoring staffing services for the organization, interviewing potential candidates, and managing the onboarding of new employees. Evaluate various departmental operations to identify the needs of hiring additional staff by communicating with senior management.
Corporate Human Resource Manager: -
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling 10 to 15 Hotels & Resorts in India. Expertise in HR / employee recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures labour low. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, and there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We’re eager to find a Corporate Human Resources Manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.
Objectives of this role
Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processesMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacationAssist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programsEnsure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining recordsIdentify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building
Responsibilities
Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business directionPlan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisorsChampion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business visionMaintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and proceduresBuild strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaborationHandle confidential matters with discretion.
Required skills and qualifications
Five or more years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindsetAdept at problem-solving and conflict resolutionStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsFamiliarity with HR software
Preferred skills and qualifications
BBA / MBA Human Resource Management.Experience working with Hospitality Industry as Human Resource Management/ Director Human Resource/ Corporate Human Resource Manager.Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.
