Position : Recruitment Associate/Sr. Recruitment Associate/Recruitment Executive
Qualification : Any Graduate/PG
Core Skills : IT recruitment, Application Tracking system, Non-IT recruitment, Cold calling, sourcing, coordination with stakeholders, Interviewing skills, Communication skills, social media recruitment
As a recruiter, you are responsible for below:
End-to-end IT/Non-IT recruitment process, within the stipulated timelines to support current and future talent needs in the company.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, who meet expectations, through proactive market research/vendors/leveraging relevant social media modes/employee referrals.
Preferred experience in recruiting for all positions linked to IT Managed Services Team and other IT skills like Network Engineers, Application support specialists, etc. • Preferred experience with BPO and BPC positions that range from order entry to collections for ecommerce and logistic back offices.
Screen candidates within the given specifications, interview potential candidates, create a dynamic relationship with hiring managers and HR team and ensure a smooth interview.
Be the first point of contact with the candidates, provide a great candidate experience, as you will be representing us, as a company and what we stand for.
Hands on experience on any Application tracking system will be an added advantage.
Experience in leveraging and optimizing online sourcing techniques, and using social networking sites for targeting and attracting passive talent
Ability to execute recruitment, manage candidates, diversity hiring, and interview process management, and innovating the hiring process and improving the candidate experience.
