Profile – Corporate Lawyer

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Qualification:
LLB + LLM (Mandatory)
Minimum 80% in LLB
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Junior Lawyer in a reputed Indian law firm
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing contracts & agreements
Handling corporate compliance and legal documentation
Managing legal notices and regulatory filings
Advising management on legal matters
Managing litigation matters
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of corporate laws
Excellent drafting and communication skills
