2 (two) Lawyers with 4-7 years of experience for the corporate law department.

J-Law's practice cuts across a wide range of practice areas – corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, real estate, legal metrology, securities laws, employment laws and what not.
What we need from you
Candidates having the below skill sets would be greatly appreciated:
(a) Excellent drafting ability, especially, capability in drafting detailed agreements including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, private trust deeds, lease deeds and master service agreement among others.
(b) Good grasp over contract law, real estate law, title search and due diligence of commercial property, trust laws, Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1+++ and other corporate and securities laws.
(c) Knowledge of Legal Metrology, FSSAI and other labelling and safety / quality related legislations;
(d) Good articulation skills; ability to write Memo and legal opinions;
(e) Good communication skills; ability to carry on conversations with senior partners with matching articulation and comprehension;
(f) Experience of representing clients before NCLT and civil courts;
(g) Good all round interest in law and having broad range of understanding of current affairs and latest legal developments.
We are well known in the pharmaceuticals industry – if you have good knowledge base on pharma laws, it will be a bonus !
The selected candidate will report to the partners handling corporate law and litigation practice in J-Law Offices.
Candidates must be driven, quick thinking and solution drive; with interest in investing time in a law firm. Client requirements can be exacting, and candidates would be required to come up to client expectations with speed and accuracy.
