Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor emerging legal trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our legal and governance practices.
Be a Deal Maker: Advise on, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts while managing critical legal documentation.
Risk Management: Provide expert legal advice to mitigate legal risks and navigate complex commercial challenges.
Legislative Insights: Keep a close eye on proposed and new legislation, ensuring our organisation is always one step ahead.
Collaborate with Experts: Manage relationships with external legal service providers, ensuring we receive top-tier legal support.
Champion Privacy: Assist with privacy matters and create policies that safeguard our compliance in this evolving area.
Educate and Empower: Deliver engaging training programs and communications on key legal issues to our team.
About You:
Experienced: You bring four or more years of experience in Corporate/Commercial law, with a strong foundation in legal practice.
Qualified: You hold a tertiary qualification in Law and a current Practising Certificate as an Australian legal practitioner.
Versatile: You have a demonstrated ability to build knowledge across various areas of law.
Contract Savvy: You possess a deep understanding and experience in the commercial and legal aspects of the contract lifecycle.
Exceptional Communicator: Your written communication skills are top-notch, particularly in crafting legal policy, and regulatory documents.
