We are looking for a Legal Corporate Counsel to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong experience in business and commercial law who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct depositions and support litigation matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate franchise agreements and commercial contracts
• Handle commercial leases for multiple business locations
• Participate in vendor negotiations and provide legal insight
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advise leadership on corporate and commercial legal issues.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an attorney (required)
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or business law
• Strong background in contracts and agreements
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
