Job Description
• 7- 10 years of experience
• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• The candidate should have the demonstrated experience and ability to review, draft, and negotiate various contracts on behalf of the company, principally software licensing (SAAS model), Master Service Agreements, Vendor/ Procurement Agreements, Consultation Agreements etc.
• Experience in a corporate law firm or in the legal department of a medium to large organization with demonstrated experience and ability to handle matters related to Technology contracts such as Software licensing.
• Preferably, exposure in the protection of intellectual property rights and managing related legal issues/disputes.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts with international clients will be preferred.
• Apart from the above, the candidate is expected to have skills such as good communication, social, and interpersonal skills.
