Role Overview
This position sees you working closely with one of our Partners on a varied mix of work, including:
Drafting technical advice, negotiating legal agreements and contracts, such as shareholder agreements, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements;
Advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions;
Providing expertise on intellectual property protection, particularly structuring;
Assisting with structuring and tax work; and
Maintaining high-quality service and client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate law, preferably from a mid-tier or top-tier firm;
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;
Confidence in managing client relationships;
