Job Description
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Prepare and file annual returns and maintain corporate minute books
Manage incorporations, revivals, dissolutions, name changes, director changes, and other routine corporate matters
Support lawyers on corporate/commercial transactions, including due diligence, drafting documents, and coordinating closings
Prepare filings with the Alberta Corporate Registry, Personal Property Registry, and Alberta Land Titles
Maintain organized project workflows using firm systems (Asana, NetDocs, Outlook)
Contribute to ongoing process improvements, technology adoption, and professional development
Your strengths include:
Corporate Paralegal or Corporate Services experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong understanding of Alberta corporate law, registries, and related filing processes
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, deadline-driven work
