Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients. The parent company owns and runs 2 properties, a portfolio of 200+ keys, this job profile will hence be selling and marketing the products for both our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new corporate accounts in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
• Maintain existing accounts and work to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients, such as email marketing, social media, and targeted advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance and market trends to the management team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in corporate sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
