The Role
You will be responsible for :
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Visiting potential property owners and builders to associate with our organization
• Promoting our interior business
• Promoting our office products
• Build good wrap over with property owners and cross sell our business model
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Look out for improving sales performance
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Enthusiastic & Dynamic Personality
