Job Summary
TheSales & Revenue Executiveis responsible for maximizing the property’s revenue through effective sales strategies, OTA management, corporate partnerships, and market analysis. The role focuses on improving occupancy, maintaining rate parity across channels, and building strong corporate relationships to generate consistent business.
Key Responsibilities
* OTA inventory management
* Corporate tie-ups, visits & conversions
* Market & competitor analysis
* Rate parity maintenance
* RevPAR & occupancy tracking
* Work with Property Manager for pricing updates
* Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns
* Build long-term sales pipelines
