Key Deliverables
For the assigned function/location
• Adherence to SLA on Hygiene People Processes (Payroll, Onboarding, etc)
• Employee Attrition
• Vacant to Start (Hiring Efficiency)
• Delivery on special projects
• All India MIS for Hiring, Database, Attrition (weekly & monthly reports)
• Designing Key initiatives along with Branch HR
• HR operations
