We have an opening for Corporate Sales Manager position for Mumbai location.
Nature of Business : Travel Industry ( Car Rental ).
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of sales and marketing plans aimed at brand building, promoting products and services to the clients.
2. Increase customer base with a focused approach.
3. Responsible for delivering targets.
4. Maintaining relationship with customers and the key stakeholders.
5 Identifying customers and Business leads across the territories/areas.
6. Marketing, customizing products and services.
7. Prepare credit recommendation and collect all credit related information from the prospective clients.
8. Coordinate with sales support and operations team of the company to ensure service levels are maintained for all customers.
+. Ensure billing cycle management (coordination with operations), timely payment from the accounts handled and take ownership for any reconciliation issues.
10. Anticipatory customer service approach to maintain and increase the revenue focus.
11. Submit weekly and monthly activity reports as per the defined structure. Provide market feedback on new product benefit demands, service level demands, and pricing demands.
12. Follow the SOPs being followed in the organization.
13. Strong problem solver, who finds solutions. Good with numbers.
14. Reviews, analysis, corrective measures.
15. Key account management.
16. Follow the KRA driven approach in the function.
17. High level of network in the territory/areas to be the number one service provider and maintain a world-class approach.
18. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
