Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, conducting cold visits, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients
Conduct cold visits and follow-ups
Visit client sites to understand their needs and ongoing projects
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and support
Maintain records of visits and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in client-facing or business development roles
Comfortable with field work and client visits
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Good understanding of sales and customer service principles
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
