Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, located in Ahmedabad. The CSR Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing CSR programs, analyzing their social and financial impact, and ensuring alignment with the company’s core values. Daily tasks include coordinating community outreach activities, communicating with stakeholders, delivering training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service to build positive community relationships.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to evaluate CSR initiatives and their financial impact
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with stakeholders and foster relationships
• Experience in Training and conducting workshops to educate employees and community members
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively
• Prior experience in CSR, nonprofit work, or community engagement is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Communications, or a related field is preferred
