Organisation- A Global entity in Manufacturing sector.
Qualification required- CA or MBA from premier institute with background in financial modelling and analysis skills.
Experience- around 2-3 yrs post qualification
Industry preference- Manufacturing sector or related segment /If from consulting then client facing exposure is MUST.
Main job responsibility:-
• Support the team on various organic and inorganic growth opportunities from feasibility study to execution including preparation of detailed business plan.
• Run analysis for decisions on new capacity setup and expansion
• Drive the follow up and monitoring of key strategic initiatives and projects
• Monthly analysis of segmental profitability including key product mix changes and its implications
• Regular monitoring of competition activities in various geographies of interest
• Analysis and monitoring of large key capex in terms of performance vs approvals
• Prepare Annual operating plans & long terms business plan for the company based on industry trends & inputs from different functions
5 days a week company, work location- Gurgaon
CTC- Maximum upto 15 LPA ( includes 10% variable)
