of the UK’s biggest supermarket retailers. As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Corporate Tax Manager and Head of Tax across a wide range of tax matters, including:
Assisting with corporation tax compliance and reporting
Supporting on tax accounting under IFRS
Contributing to HMRC enquiries and audits
Helping with R&D claims, transfer pricing, and transaction tax support
Collaborating with finance and wider business teams to ensure tax efficiency and compliance
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent)
Experienced in UK corporate tax, ideally within a large business or professional services firm
Confident preparing corporation tax computations and statutory disclosures
A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
