Qualifications and Education Requirements :
CMA/ICWA
SAP - FICO
Role and Responsibilities
1. Cost Sheet
2. Assist in Finalization of Accounts
3. Preparation of Monthly Stock Report & Valuation of Inventory.
4. Maintenance of Cost Record as per Cost Audit
5. Reconciliation – Vendor / Customer / Ledger related to financial statements, etc.
6. Preparation of Various Report (Stock Ageing, Receivable & Payable)
7. MIS Preparations and Analysis Profitability Analysis (P&L Statement) & preparation of Financial Statements
8. Internal Audit/Tax Audit/Concurrent Audit /Assist In Statutory Audit.
+. Monthly / Yearly Closure of Books of Accounts
10. Taxation (GST, TDS and Income Tax), GST Return 1 and 3B filing, GST Return 2A reconciliation, TDS Working
12. Ledger Scrutiny
13. Product Costing (Calculation of Cost Per Unit)
14. Budget Vs Actual Expenses Variance Report Cost Center Wise (Monthly basis).
15. Periodic expenses report for Budgeting.
16. Annual Budgeting & Budget Deployment.
17. Quarterly Financial Forecast
