Job Profile
· Product costing Engineering/Auto Components
· MIS- Plant MIS Production, Opex, Capex, Headcounts, etc
· Product wise yield report with major product analysis Stagewise Costing
· Allocation and Absorption of Overheads
· Standard Costing
· Tracking Material Cost movements
· Calculation on Price increase requests both from Vendors & Customers
· New Product costing
· Controlling manufacturing expenses
• Calculation of COGs (Material Consumption, Rate variance of budget Vs Actual, Open process order adjustment, Stock adjustment.)
· Budget Tracking
· PV of inventory/Capex exposure
· Interaction with Statutory/Internal Auditor for handling queries.
• Manpower productivity
• Quantity Reconciliation for all plant.
• Reconciliation of RM/PM Consumption.
• Allocation of Overhead.
• Preparation of Yield Analysis Report.
• Reconcile the profit of cost accounts with financial account.
Advanced Excel Skills
SAP (ECC/S4HANA): Knowledge is a must
Presentation skills
Experience 8 to 10 years
ICMA Final passed preferable.
