Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on organizational costs, monitoring spending, analyzing data, and providing efficient solutions.
• Assist with budgeting, pricing, and operational performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and cost accounting statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting or related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or contract manufacturing industry.
