•Based on tentative cost sheet and margin sheet prepared, provide tentative rates to operation / International Marketing team as per product inquiry / requisition received from Client.
•Compare PM quote received from the supplier with our cost calculator on the basis of payment and delivery term.
•Check net impact of latest RM rates on tentative cost provided.
•Compare Actual cost sheet received from Factory with tentative cost sheet prepared.
•Final rate approval of PI and Tax invoice received from Factory.
•Calculate conversion charges (RM + PM+ CCPC) to be paid to factory.
•Inventory Reconciliation (If Required)
•Generate savings in terms of additional margins
•Keep buffer in costings to avoid margin loss
•Maintain costing MIS:
Shipment wise profitability
Last FOB price offered vs new price
Last shipment data base (packaging type, etc)
