What this job involves:

Log-in / tracking / updating Ethics cases in Case Management Tool. Pre-assessment of new Ethics cases as per established process and policy. Assessing, planning, and executing investigations of ethics cases reported on Case Management Tool. Create and implement processes around effective closure, monitoring and testing of cases within agreed timelines. Fact finding through analysis of information available in internal, external, social databases, forensic analysis of electronically stored information, investigative interview, and market intelligence. Collection and preservation of evidence and other information that may be relevant for effective resolution of cases. Conducting investigative interview of suspects/witnesses based on facts and evidence collected during investigation. Prepare investigation report based on the fact-finding and present them to the Ethics Committee for deciding appropriate actions. Monitoring compliance to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, law, and regulations Conduct training sessions on Ethics and POSH. Assist Internal Complaints Committee in conducting sessions on POSH complaints Prepare Ethics Mailers and Posters. Support larger legal team, as and when required. Support local, regional and group Legal and Ethics teams as and when required. Maintain case tracker with updated details. Close follow up with relevant members of HR and Business teams for required support, details, and documents, ensuring that agreed timelines are met.

Preferably (not mandatory) have a degree in law or cleared CS Have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience post qualification Experience in handling investigation planning, interviews with suspects and witnesses, forensics analysis, data review collected on forensic procedures etc. Have patience to do regular follow-up with business and HR teams on the open matters Have calmness to manage pressure from stakeholders Have a neutral and unbiased approach Be confident to propose fact-based plans Have analytical skills and eye for details Have report writing skills Join within 2 months Be flexible for travel as and when required \xe2\x80\x+3 on short notices (30-40% travelling)
