As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience during our evening hours. Key Responsibilities:
• * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional manner.
• * Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and handle special requests.
• * Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling in accordance with company policies.
• * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are well-managed.
• * Prepare and package baked goods as needed, adhering to quality standards and ensuring freshness.
• * Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• * Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
• * Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
