Job Description
Help contribute to community safety by applying expert risk assessment practices in a fixed term, full time role until 30 June 2026.
About the Role:
Support the operation of the Court Assessment and Prosecutions Service and apply relevant work practices.
Conduct initial assessments, variations or prosecution against an individual's court order.
Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholders.
Undertake an effective assessment of an individual's risk to community safety.
Effectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
Work on a rotating +-day fortnight roster which requires attendance in the afternoons and weekends.
Requirements:
Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions.
Demonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventions.
Proven ability to pay attention to words, expression and body language; Recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
What We Offer:
A salary band of $86,6+1 - $+3,275 plus superannuation.
