Your day at NTT DATA
The CPQ Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing and quotation tool for use by Solution Architects, service delivery, finance and commercial. The individual will have strong analytics skills and experience supporting products and general functions. The work effort will involve training and supporting field personnel in the use of the Salesforce CPQ system and providing feedback to improve the use of the system.
What you'll be doing
• Pricing and costing configuration for Service Division, regional and country services on Salesforce CPQ.
• Maintain Advanced Approval business approval rules and workflow.
• Create and maintain Conga Composer quote, proposal and SOW templates.
• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for CPQ in coordination with I&T.
• Track licenses and access to Commercial supported applications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Configuration in Product Bundles, Options Constraints, Price Rules, Product Rules and other CPQ features.
• Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, and validation rules.
• Sales Cloud Salesforce administration experience including, workflow rules, sharing rules, FLOWS, Advanced Approvals.
• Experience in Data Migration using Data Loader, Import/Export Wizard and change sets.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of the saleforce.com platform
• Strong recent managed services preferred
• 5 years experience in high technology operations.
• Training, project management and organizational skills are preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred
