Key Information:
Hours: Based on a 40-hour week. (Monday-Friday) Overtime when required.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
Communicate with the Lead Workforce Coordinator regarding manpower needs.
Pre-Screen and organize applicants in our tracking system.
Conduct interviews and facilitate on-boarding and orientations as required.
Track and maintain safety tickets and records of the employees.
Coordinate and register employees into necessary training and re-certifications.
General Administrative duties that include but may not be limited to; answering the phone, directing email, and onboarding documents.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
Must have a basic understanding on computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, and Google drive.
An outgoing and optimistic personality.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work overtime, when necessary.
A reliable means of transportation is required.
Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
