Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand identity and product appeal.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role within the music accessories or related industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of current design trends and materials used in musical accessories.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual concepts.
Knowledge of copyright licensing related to licensed designs is a plus.
