Job Description:
We are seeking a CRM Liaisoning Executive to manage customer relationships and coordinate between internal departments, clients, and external agencies. The role involves handling post-sales client communication, documentation, and liaisoning activities to ensure timely possession, registration, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, projects, finance) for customer requirements and documentation.
Manage processes like agreement execution, demand letters, registration, handover, and possession.
Liasoning with government authorities, legal consultants, and registration offices as required.
Track and resolve client queries, complaints, or escalations in a timely manner.
Maintain and update CRM software with all customer interactions and status updates.
Assist with RERA documentation and compliance, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Familiarity with RERA, local registration processes, and real estate legal documentation is preferred
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in CRM, liaisoning, or customer service in the real estate/construction industry.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
