Job Title: Telecaller / CRM Intern
Location: 229, Bharthal Dwarka sec-25, South west delhi - 110077
Duration: 3 months
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / CRM Intern to support our customer engagement and lead management processes. This role involves interacting with potential and existing customers, maintaining CRM data, and assisting the sales team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and follow up
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication
• Record call outcomes and feedback in the CRM tool
• Assist in customer engagement campaigns and database management
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in [English/Hindi]
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service (internship or part-time)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
